Floor Tech for BNA Nashville International Airport

Hours- 9:00pm-6:00am
*Responsibilities:
Using established practices and procedures provide cleaning services to clients including, but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, washing windows, vacuuming, emptying wastebaskets and trash containers.
• Operate equipment to strip, clean, buff and apply floor sealer and floor finish to hard surface floors, vacuum and shampoo carpets, only upon being properly trained and authorized by site manager.
• Use and maintain assigned power equipment and hand tools; buffers, auto scrubbers, extractors, high pressure washers, high speed buffers and vacuums, brooms, mops, and squeegees for the cleaning and general maintenance of floors, walls, carpets, furniture, etc.
• Follow both written and verbal instructions when carrying out duties and with regard to the use and handling of chemicals and supplies. Use as directed.
• Move equipment, supplies and tools on an incidental basis.
• Maintain, clean and organize janitorial closet and compactor area daily.
• Maintain a safe and healthful workplace by abiding by all safety policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned
*Qualifications:
Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
