management, she believes her prior experience of listening skills and negotiation will assist in the development of her call to ministry. Kelly earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Cornerstone University in 2014, with a major in Christian Counseling, and a minor in Christian Education. She is working towards her Master degree, under the supervision of Dr Laura Hart, taking advanced classes in Marriage and Family Therapy. She is a Licensed Pastoral Counselor, a Certified Temperament Counselor and a Professional Clinical Member of the National Christian Counselors Association. Kelly is a Wife and mother of three, in a blended family. She attends local church in Old Hickory TN, and has served in children’s ministries and small group studies over the years. She has lead insightful group studies such as “Boundaries” by Dr. Henry Cloud and Dr. John Townsend. She has a desire to help people soive life crisis issues and often finds herself ministering to church members, family, and piers. She embraces biblical counseling, and knows the truth of God’s Word. She believes in the guidance of the HolySpirit and knows He will lead the pathway to a life of joy through the Word. She encourages individuals to become acquainted with their God given strengths as identified with the Amo Profile System, to reduce stress and anxiety, improve self-esteem, and to grow in self-awareness in order to discover life's purpose and enhance the ability to thrive during life’s challenges.

Grief class “free” 9:30 AM at Temple Baptist Church (Old Hickory)Sunday school is going good. Grief is a complex emotional response triggered by the end of or change in familiar patterns of behavior. Grief is the manifestation of a broken heart, and it requires a shift from intellectual thinking to acknowledging and working through our emotions. Taking intentional actions is crucial in this process.
