Gretchen offers individual adult psychotherapy along with therapy with children and adolescents. Gretchen is a Certified Therapist Member of the Sandplay Therapists of America and the International Society of Sandplay Therapists. World-wide, fewer than 300 people are certified members of ISST. Watts also offers private consultation for professionals working toward Sandplay Certification. Gretchen grew up 17 miles from the sand and ocean, in Jacksonville, North Carolina. She previously worked in New York City and Seattle and moved to her Nashville home many years ago, raising her daughter in Tennessee. Gretchen discovered Sandplay Therapy when she answered a calling to grief work following the death of her beloved husband.
