Happy July everyone! Summer is in full swing and I hope you are having lots of fun outside, on vacation or even enjoying some down time on your couch. For me, summer is a time of extra travel and extra movement. I have moments where my inner child comes out to play and my adult body pays for it the next day. No matter what your summer brings, make time for self care! Take a moment for yourself in a cool place, drink plenty of water and send me a message if you would like to book a massage!
