Footprints to Recovery At Footprints to Recovery, we provide safe, supportive, and empowering living environments for individuals on the path to recovery.

Through community, structure, and support, we walk alongside each individual as they take steps toward lasting recovery. Footprints was started in 2008 when Phyllis was 2 years sober. It started with one house, and 6 clients. 14 years later, we have been able to continue to grow even in adversity. Over the years we have been able to assist many people in their journey towards recovery, by providing a safe environment to heal, and grow.

🌿 Footprints to Recovery is seeking! 🌿
Women & Children’s House Manager –

We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate woman to join our team as the House Manager for our Women & Children’s Program. This role is deeply meaningful and ideal for someone who understands the heart of motherhood and recovery.

What we’re looking for:
• A woman who has experience as a mother and can offer nurturing guidance, but who does not currently have a child in her daily care
• 1 year or more in recovery, with a strong foundation and commitment to continued growth
• Someone who has maintained steady employment and demonstrates responsibility and stability
• A woman who has an active sponsor and is engaged in her recovery community
• Reliable transportation (a personal vehicle is required)
• A heart for service, accountability, and supporting women and children in early recovery

**This is a live-in position.

This position is more than a job — it’s an opportunity to help create safety, structure, and hope for families rebuilding their lives.
