At The Springs, we don't just recognize outstanding employees—we honor the remarkable residents who make our community what it is. This month, we're thrilled to celebrate Ms. Weatherford, our January Resident of the Month at The Springs of Minecreek.
For six years, Ms. Weatherford has been a cherished part of our family. You'll find her at every Bingo game, dauber ready and competitive spirit strong. She loves dining out with friends and can often be spotted working through crossword puzzles, keeping her mind sharp and engaged.
Ms. Weatherford reminds us why we do this work—because every resident brings unique gifts, preferences, and personality to our community. They're not just the people we serve; they're the heartbeat of who we are.
