Let me introduce myself! I'm Rose, a Licensed Massage Therapist in Nashville, TN. I've been practicing since 2020 and was able to open my private practice in January 2025! I absolutely love massage, and I feel so grateful that I get to help my clients through injuries and deal with muscular tension due to stress from our everyday lives.
I am a goal oriented therapist and love a puzzle to solve or a good focused session on problem areas. Every massage is customized to your needs that day and can range from deep tissue, sports massage, or relaxation depending on where your body is at when you come in. I specialize in TMJD and clinical sports massage, but relaxation should always be a part of the treatment (just maybe not the whole session!) Tapping into the parasympathetic nervous system is what allows our bodies to heal itself. Whether you're a weekend warrior or feeling stressed from, well, life, or if you just need some routine self care, I'm happy to help. I can't wait to meet you!
