I recently had the pleasure of connecting with LaToya Conley, ANT, WNT, FNT, Owner of Bare Waterless Nail Spa, LLC in Smyrna, TN. What started as a meeting quickly became a partnership rooted in one shared belief: that your wellness deserves expert, educated care from head to toe.

We’re coming together for a complimentary joint webinar on Saturday, April 18th at 10:30 AM CST, and we want YOU there! The link is posted in my bio.

LaToya Conley is the founder of Bare Waterless Nail Spa in Smyrna, TN, where she specializes in thoughtful, waterless nail and footcare designed to support both comfort and skin health. With nearly a decade of experience, LaToya focuses on gentle, wellness-centered care for clients dealing with concerns like thick nails, persistent calluses, and sensitive skin. Her waterless approach avoids soaking and prioritizes skin integrity, cleanliness, and careful attention to the natural condition of the nails and feet. By taking a slower, more attentive approach to footcare, her work often complements dermatologic treatment and helps clients maintain healthier nails and skin between medical visits. Appointments can be scheduled online at www.barewaterlessnailspa.com.

Quick question.

When you are trying to figure out a skin concern, where do you go first?

Google?

TikTok?

Friends?

Skincare advice online can be overwhelming and inconsistent.

I created the Get the Skin-E blog to give you a trusted place to learn about your skin from a dermatologist.

On the blog I shared:

✔ Practical skincare education

✔ Treatment timelines

✔ Answers to common skin questions

✔ Guidance on procedures and products

If you want to understand your skin better and make more confident decisions about your care, I invite you to explore it.

Today is National Dermatologist Day, and I’m reflecting on how grateful I am to do the work I love.

Dermatology is more than treating skin conditions. It’s helping people feel confident, comfortable, and seen in their own skin.

From acne and hyperpigmentation to hair loss to skin cancer screenings to rashes and cosmetic treatments, every patient encounter reminds me why I chose this field.

Thank you to my patients and community for trusting me with your skin health. It truly means the world to me.

And if you’ve ever wondered how to build healthier skin, today is a great day to start the conversation.

Happy National Dermatologist Day!

As a gift to you, all EltaMD products are 20% off! Message me if you are interested.

February is National Cancer Prevention Month, and prevention starts with everyday choices.
As a dermatologist, I want to remind you that skin cancer is one of the most preventable cancers—and yes, it affects all skin tones.

✔️ Daily sunscreen
✔️ Regular skin checks
✔️ Early evaluation of changing lesions

Prevention is powerful. Awareness saves lives.

📅 Schedule your annual skin exam! We can talk about any concerning spots.
