I love my morning coffee! For many of us, it is the ritual start to the day. But certain dietary irritants, like caffeine, can have us running to the restroom more than usual or even feeling some urinary discomfort.
Coffee and tea are two of the most notorious dietary irritants, but other potential irritants include
fizzy drinks
alcohol
acidic foods (like citrus or tomato)
some spicy foods
And of course, make sure to drink plenty of water!
