Last week, we had the joy of celebrating Brook as a BEE Award recipient for her incredible compassion and leadership. 💛

When Brook recognized that some of her colleagues were facing financial hardship, she didn’t just notice, she stepped up. She took action by organizing a grocery support initiative, securing funding, and spending countless hours making sure her coworkers had access to food during a challenging time.

Because of Brook’s dedication, team members are feeling real relief, stronger support, and a boost in morale. Her kindness and selflessness truly reflect the heart of the BEE Award and remind us how powerful it is to care for one another.

Today we celebrated the ribbon cutting of our new Clarksville clinic, a shared space with Ascension Saint Thomas Heart that brings expert brain, spine, and heart care together in one location.

While this space is new, Howell Allen Clinic has proudly served the Clarksville community for more than 30 years, and we look forward to continuing that legacy and commitment for many more years to come!

We recently celebrated Cynthia and her incredible career as she approaches retirement this December after 38 years with Howell Allen. Her kindness, loyalty, and unwavering commitment to her patients and team have touched countless lives. Whether going the extra mile for a patient or offering a listening ear to a colleague, Cynthia’s heart and compassion have been a guiding light in our office. Today we celebrated the Howell Allen Clinic and Ascension Saint Thomas Heart location in Dickson, a space that brings advanced brain, spine, and heart care together under one roof.

Though the space is new, Howell Allen Clinic has been honored to serve the Dickson community for more than three decades. We’re proud to continue that legacy in partnership with Ascension Saint Thomas and Dickson Medical Associates, expanding access to expert care across Middle Tennessee.

Belinda was recognized for giving her all each day, combining her insurance expertise with genuine compassion for patients. From praying with patients to leading our “The More You Know” insurance huddle segment, she goes above and beyond to ensure accuracy and support her teammates.
