•The Art of Surrender•

Cupping Therapy has quickly become one of my favorite treatments to both receive and offer!

On top of the many benefits cupping therapy provides, it also teaches us the art of surrendering.
To let go of all resistance and step into receiving. To discover peace beneath perceived discomfort.

It is an ancient healing practice in Taoist Alchemy that uses strategically placed cups to provide suction to specific parts of the body.

If you’re interested in experiencing a cupping session, book a bodywork session and simply request “cupping” in the notes of your session details.

Transformation happens through the body, not away from it.

Often times we look externally to deal with stress and tension in our lives, but by turning our attention inwards, true transformation begins to take place. ⚛️

Bodywork sessions offer an opportunity to create a new relationship with our inner selves. By tuning into the language of the body we begin noticing a deep intelligence seeking a conversation. This conversation reminds us we are at home within this vessel of ours, we are safe, we are whole. 🏡

This is the heArt of listening. 🎨

There are many layers of tension that can manifest within the body. Massage and Bodywork addresses tension stored within the soft tissues of the physical body, releasing surface layer blockages and promoting smoother energy flow throughout the system. Providing space for deeper tensions to release, process and return us to a more balanced state of inner harmony. ⭕️
