Ask yourself: Are you sleeping well? How’s your daily energy? How is your digestive health (bloating/constipation)? How’s your brain health (brain fog/headaches etc.)? And more!

Did you know? Our skin is the body’s largest organ! The inner workings of your body’s systems such as your digestion, hormones, need to be addressed when it comes to long term healthy skin! In addition, we need to make sure we are taking care of ourselves by hydrating and sleeping to give our body the energy and restoration it needs to heal our skin. If you don’t address your health on a foundational level, it will eventually show on your skin!

Switching to nontoxic skincare, having good skin hygiene, and eating well can of course all help. What will change your skin for the better long term will be addressing the root cause of your health issues! 🫶🏻✨
