Heather brings a wealth of experience in accounting and financial analysis, having held senior roles at organizations including QualDerm Partners, Surgery Partners, and HCA Physician Services. She has a strong background in managing monthly reconciliations, financial reporting, and audit support, and has a proven track record of process improvements and team leadership.

We are pleased to welcome JT to the corporate office team as one of our new Senior Accountants.

JT brings extensive accounting experience across diverse industries, including healthcare. He has a strong background in month-end close processes, balance sheet reconciliations, budgeting and forecasting, financial analysis, and fixed asset management. His technical proficiency includes Microsoft Dynamics GP/Business Central, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, LeaseQuery, and advanced Excel skills, among other tools.

JT’s career spans leadership roles such as Corporate Controller and Senior Financial Analyst, where he has led ERP implementations, managed accounting teams, and provided critical financial insights to executive leadership. He is CPA eligible and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and IT from Lipscomb University.

Please join us in giving JT a warm welcome as he brings his experience and insight to strengthen our accounting operations and support our continued growth.
