A reclined pose to lengthen the neck and release tension in the shoulders and upper back in a slight bend. Use this posture to calm the nervous system and connect body to mind.

HOW TO:
Lay flat on back
Lift chest up
Place forearms on each side to hold body up
Arch back
Release head towards ground

PRO TIP: Place a block under the arched back for support.

[Hold for 1- 2 minutes]

A standing pose for full body strengthening β€” it’s in the name! It targets the core, arms, back, hip flexors, inner thighs, and glutes.

HOW TO:
Stand upright
Step left foot back
Place foot at 90-degrees to right foot
Position hips to opening of legs
Extend arms to a T, palms facing down
Bend right knee at 90-degrees above ankle
Gaze over right hand

[Try holding for 1- 2 minutes AND repeat on opposite side]

Lay flat on back with arms by side > Place feet flat on ground, knees aligned with ankles > Lift hips up to full extension allowed > Press shoulders into mat.
