Last night, we hosted our very first Nourish and Thrive: An ILC Cooking Event! 🧑‍🍳✨

Local professionals came together in the kitchen to cook a recipe from our very own cookbook—written by Culinary Manager Michalea Gale, RD, LDN, who also led the event. Alongside hands-on learning, guests got a taste of ILC’s nutrition philosophy and how food is key in both healing and connecting.

We had so much fun sharing good food, great conversation, and meaningful moments—and we’re already looking forward to hosting more of these in the future!

Sometimes the most powerful moments in recovery don’t happen inside four walls.

At ILC, nature is part of the healing process. Whether it’s riverside meditation, forest walks, or group reflection under the trees, our outdoor spaces support grounding, regulation, and deeper connection.

Our Story

Treatment at the Integrative Life Center is designed to help individuals struggling with addictions, eating disorders, and other life situations that have gotten in the way of living a satisfying and meaningful life. We believe that each person's journey to recovery is a deeply personal process and we support this journey with an integrative approach, combining traditional therapeutic care with complimentary therapies (yoga, meditation, equine therapy, mindfulness, etc.) that are proven, safe, and effective. Our goal is to help you find a recovery path that works best for you and to create a treatment plan based on your specific needs. Guided by this intention, we offer a variety of therapeutic services that support recovery and healing, ranging from partial hospitalization to intensive outpatient treatment. Our individualized treatment options include access to sober/supportive living residences. These homes provide a positive peer culture and further support the work of recovery and/or treatment in a real world setting.
