Hips feeling tight? 🛑 Stop ignoring it.
Tight hips can limit movement, cause discomfort, and make training harder than it needs to be.
Here’s a quick 3-move routine to help you open them up:

90/90 Transitions – Flow between sides to improve hip rotation and mobility.

90/90 Lift-Offs – From the 90/90 position, lift your back knee off the ground to build active strength in your hip rotators.

Standing Hip CARs – Move your hip joint through its full range to maintain mobility and control.

Do these before training or on rest days to keep your hips moving well.

The team just grew — by two!

It’s been a wild, beautiful week adjusting to life as a first-time parent of twins. I feel incredibly blessed to be able to fully step away and focus on this new chapter, knowing our Integra community is in great hands. Huge shoutout to .calbert for holding it down while I’ve been all-in on diapers, bottles, and baby snuggles.

Over the last few days, I’ve been reminded constantly how thankful I am for strength training — and not just for how it helps in the gym.

Mara had an insanely fast recovery from her C-section — discharged in 48 hours, moving pain-free, and rocking twin mom life already. Training through her pregnancy with .calbert made a huge difference.

And for me? I can stand up from the floor with both babies in my arms, carry two car seats through the pediatrician’s office without breaking a sweat, and knock out 10,000 rounds of laundry on two hours of sleep.

Strength is more than just what you lift — it’s what carries you through life.

We’re tired. We’re grateful. And we’re beyond blessed.
