Madeline just hit one year of training with us! 👏

Over the past year, she’s gained lean muscle, focused on her overall health, and even lowered her cholesterol.

She’s also gotten stronger and better at doing the things she loves like hiking and biking, and is now able to comfortably go even further.

If rows never seem to target your back the way they should, this might be why ⬇️

A common mistake during rows is pulling the handle too far back. When that happens, the tension often shifts away from the back and into the shoulders.

Shortening your range of motion slightly can help keep the tension where it should be so you feel the exercise working your back instead.

Small adjustments like this can make a big difference in how an exercise feels.

💪 A great turnout this weekend for our free mobility workshop. The focus was on keeping joints healthy and resilient, reducing wear and tear from busy schedules, and supporting long-term training.

We walked through simple, effective full-body mobility drills and how to plug them into warm-ups and weekly routines so training feels intentional.
