Did you know that you can use your HSA/FSA card for services at Urban Sweat? Let your healthcare dollars go to your self care! Here are your options:

Step 1: Let us run your HSA card in studio/online to pay for services or packages. Nine times out of 10, there is no issue, but in the ONE case where it is, there is another option!

Step 2: Click the Urban Sweat x Truemed link and take the short survey. Link can be found in LinkTree in bio or by scanning this QR code (we can send to you via text).

Step 3: At the end of the survey, pay $30 to Truemed to receive approval/letter of medical necessity within 24 hours. If approved, you can submit your receipts for services at Urban Sweat to their FSA/HSA contacts for reimbursement with your employer. If you are not approved, you can be reimbursed your $30. No risk associated!

Step 4: Continue to visit Urban Sweat and pay with your debit/credit/HSA card, and we’ll send you the receipts to file for reimbursement.
