One of the simplest ways I’ve found to stay grounded and energized this time of year? Red Light Therapy.

This gentle, non-invasive wavelength of light supports mitochondrial function (your cells’ energy centers), helps regulate circadian rhythm, and can give a noticeable lift in mood and mental clarity.
