Have you been looking for a DBT Group? Where you can learn skills in a supportive environment online? Come hang out with me on Wednesdays. I personally teach all of my DBT groups. I have spots available at 12pm CT (1pm ET, 10am PT) as well as 6:30pm CT (4:30 PT, 7:30 ET) on Wednesdays.
