Today we delivered our first batch of "Pen Pal for a Day" cards đź’Ś

Hallmark Homecare – NES Nashville partnered with Oasis Senior Advisors Nashville, TN to connect Middle Tennessee students with residents in skilled nursing and rehab facilities.

Our first stop was Advanced Health Care of Nashville. The cards were created by students at Springfield High School and Krisle Elementary School in Robertson County.

It was a simple reminder that encouragement still matters.

We’ll be delivering more cards to additional skilled nursing and rehab centers across Middle Tennessee over the next couple of weeks — so stay tuned for more to come soon.

Not all homecare works the same way.

Hallmark Homecare is not a traditional homecare agency.
We’re a homecare registry, built on a different approach to care.

We match families with an independent caregiver after taking time to understand the client’s needs (even medical needs), routines, home environment, and preferences, and then connecting them with a caregiver, CNA, LPN, or RN who is well suited for that one-to-one relationship.

Why does that matter?
Because care works best when the right people are connected from the start.
