WOOHOO! We are turning SIX this weekend. Crazy to think about.. six years ago we opened our doors while the rest of the world was shutting theirs. Time is weird, and this journey has had ups and downs, but we are so grateful to still be a part of the community, and hope to stick around for years to come.

Gather up those hard-to-recycle plastics you've been holding on to.

** Wednesday and Thursday only**

Recycle your to-go containers, berry containers, and any other hard-to-recycle plastic that has a number on it. For the next 2 days, we will take these plastics and recycle in our bin from Plasticrete for FREE.

Please make sure they are clean and dry!

One bag of plastics per customer.

Small businesses supporting other small businesses – this is so vital to the fabric of our city and community. We are grateful for the opportunity to work with in providing their soaps, and to pop-up this week at their studios and show members what we do and who we are in celebration of .

I personally want to give a BIG shout out for being a crucial part of my own journey to get stronger. I can't say enough good things about their classes!

✨ The instructors are top-notch. They are knowledgable and kind, and get to know you on an individual basis.

✨ You are always presented options – if a particular movement doesn't work for you, you aren't stuck, they show you modifications.

✨ You're gonna get stronger! You'll be amazed at how your body changes – you can really feel and see it.

✨ Kindness, grace, and encouragement are in abundance in every class.

What I also find to be so interesting is that all of these things – knowledge, options, grace, encouragement – are fundamental to how we run Sage as well. Meeting people where they are on their journey, supporting them, encouraging them, are part of our mission as well.

So if you are looking for something to get you moving, to get stronger, I encourage you to check them out! 💪 And if you happen to be at a class Wednesday, stop by and say "hi"!
