The landscape of hospice care continues to evolve. Looking back at 2025, we saw hospice utilization among Medicare patients reach 51.7% — which is the highest since 2019.

We continue walking beside families long after a loved one’s passing—through 13 months of bereavement support, including grief check-ins, sympathy cards, and comforting calls to provide a listening ear.

The highlight for many is our One-Year Candlelight Memorial Service, where we gather in remembrance, sharing words of comfort and stories of love.

From providing food and essential items for individuals experiencing homelessness in Davidson County with New Life SDA Church, to hosting hot cocoa bars and holiday tree decorating activities for residents with Smyrna Care Center, Belmont Village Senior Living, Harmony at Mt. Juliet, Cloverland Park Senior Living, Capstone at Station Camp Senior Living, Morning Pointe of Franklin, TN - Assisted Living, our team has fully embraced our mission of compassion and care, giving back to the community and leading with hearts first. ❤
