this is a great simulation of how postural stress works. the only part I disagree with is the representation of the disc bulging [ the mechanics of disc bulge are counter intuitive and it actually goes the opposite way. ask me if your'e interested why. ] the two most important things to notice are: 1 the head goes forward and 2. the sacroiliac is stressed and irritated.

Many people ask me about Tumeric. My standard reply is that I encourage people to eat whole tumeric either in curry or blended into a smoothie. Reason #! Is that it is very safe as opposed to extracts and. Concentrated forms. But there is a lot of marketing for various tumeric extracts and liposomal tumeric and cucurmin [ the active ingredient of turmeric ] Supplements but I’m not convinced that they are the best way to go. Here is an article that outlines some of the very consequential effects of too much curcumin:

While turmeric and curcumin are generally safe to consume, taking too much can significantly increase the levels of urinary oxalate in your body, increasing the risk of kidney stones.

Come see Dr Barr on display in captivity at the Barn Burner, 185 S Jefferson st. Nashville IN. The habitat will be open 10:30-12:30 M,W,Th Fr and 4-6 M,W,Th beginning Monday august 7.
Chiropractors do not survive long in captivity so this is a limited time opportunity to see one , in person, outside their normal reclusive habitat of remote wilderness office space.
Many people are unfamiliar with the routines of this rare gentle creature but you will be able to observe safely through a large panel of windows for free or you can actually enter the habitat and interact with the Doctor in person for a modest donation to the habitat owners collected by the Doctor himself at the time of your visit.
This rare opportunity comes largely through the generosity of Kara and Clint the owners of the Barn Burner where the temporary habitat has been hastily arranged. Kara and Clint found the doctor wandering aimlessly early one morning near where his den had been destroyed by fire. Bewildered and holding only a badly damaged guitar and his chiropractic adjusting instrument, the only two things that survived the fire, they quickly realized he would need a temporary habitat or he would not survive the cold winter months ahead without the cache of zucchinis he had gathered from clients over the summer months and stored in the back office.

Dear Friends: Thank you all for the warm outpouring of support in this difficult time. If you have not heard there was a devastating fire at my office last weekend and I lost almost everything, except my hands and you. Nothing could be more fulfilling than to have the friendship of so many generous and good hearted people.
My current challenge is to remain in operation until such a time as I can return to my office space but that will be many months. The most urgent need is to create an income stream as soon as can be in order to keep abreast of ongoing expenses and invest in new equipment to be going forward.
I will have a temporary space which I should be able to have up and running by next week. I will announce details soon.
In addition I will offer a new service as a sort of 'go fund me' perk. I will come to your place of business or residence and give a 1/2 hour service to one person for $175 [plus additional travel time pro rata, if beyond 15 minutes drive]. Each additional person at the same location / time will be $85.

Due to a devastating fire in the middle of the night , Barr Chiropractic will suspend operations until further notice. Thankfully , no persons were injured but my office is a total loss.
Update: 08/11/2023 I have temporary space and am open for business at the Barn Burner 185 S Jefferson.
