Cooking while breastfeeding is something I was scared to do with my daughter. If I was in the middle of cooking I'd turn everything off, feed her, and start back where I left it. Baby #2? We just don't have time for that! Multitasking is a good feeling

When I had my daughter Eleanor, I had researched every possible birth outcome BUT I didn't even touch postpartum possibilities. When I began feeding my daughter and my contractions picked up I was stunned. Thinking about it, it makes total sense. Ni**le stimulation could be used to induce labor, of course it would make me contract🤦🏽‍♀️Thankfully it plays it's purpose to stop bleeding and shrink my uterus back to size. It's all worth it for these sweet little babies of mine❤️
