Meet December’s stars: Scarlett and Bandit! Scarlett loves playing fetch with her favorite toy, while Bandit can’t get enough of splashing around in the water. Dogs really do remind us that life is too short not to make time for fun.

At ONE 22 ONE, we love honoring the four-legged companions who help make our community feel like family. Each Pet of the Month is featured in our tenant newsletter and receives a custom photo frame and a special treat — just a small way to celebrate the joy they bring to our workplace.

We had such a great time celebrating the holidays with our ONE 22 ONE tenants! Our holiday party was filled with festive fun — a delicious lunch from Monell's Dining & Catering, winter drinks and a full dessert bar and gingerbread decorating from Pie Society. Our fabulous property managers Savannah and Lauren from even made simmer pots for everyone to take home!

Our tenants love their pets — and we love spotlighting them! Each Pet of the Month is featured in our tenant newsletter and receives a custom photo frame plus a special treat. It’s a small way we celebrate the big happiness they bring to everyone who works here.

October introduced us to Enzo, a Golden Doodle who lives for tummy rubs and sleeping in, and Skylar, a sunshine-loving Siberian Husky who’s (hopefully) excited for the cooler weather ahead.

We’ve been celebrating November at ONE 22 ONE with weekly tenant Happy Hours — a small way to show our appreciation during this month of gratitude.

With featured treats from Flour Your Dreams Bakery, LLC, wine and speciality drinks like spiced chai and classic apple cider with cinnamon-sugar rims (and vanilla vodka), it's been a wonderful way to say thank you! And to make things even sweeter, each Happy Hour attendance counts as an entry — and one lucky winner will take home a Honey Baked Ham for the holiday!

What an inspiring day in downtown Nashville! The Veterans Day Parade took place on Broadway just steps away from ONE 22 ONE, and it was an incredible tribute to the men and women who have served our country.
