We love we spotlighting our four-legged friends who make our days brighter! Each Pet of the Month is featured in our tenant newsletter and receives a custom photo frame and special treat, a small way we celebrate the happiness they bring to their people who work at ONE 22 ONE.

We’ve been a little behind on our spotlights (our furry friends keep us busy!), so this month we’re catching up by introducing you to two stars: Xena, a German Shepherd mix who proudly protects her two humans and loves head scratchies, and Arya, a 2½-year-old Beagle/Australian Cattle Dog mix with a royal title and an important job!

Happy first day of fall! According to The New York Times, Nashville is one of the best places in the country to soak in the season’s reds, oranges and yellows. Just about a mile from ONE 22 ONE, Centennial Park is a top spot for leaf-peeping, offering 132 acres of trails, gardens and lake views. It’s a perfect reminder that you don’t have to leave the city to experience autumn’s beauty.

And for those of us who work in this beautiful building with sweeping views from every floor? We don’t even have to leave the office—our views of the city let us enjoy fall’s vibrant hues right outside our windows.

Happy 3rd Birthday, ONE 22 ONE!

We marked the milestone with a celebration for our tenants that brought out the kid in all of us—games, pizza, cupcakes, dirty sodas from Prickly Pear Coffee Co and plenty of laughter as we came together at Nashville’s most sought-after address.

released a first look at the newest renderings of the $855 million Concourse A remodel, and it is stunning!

After debuting its Concourse D expansion in July, BNA immediately began shutting down Concourse A in preparation for this next renovation scheduled to open in 2028. With 16 gates, two moving walkways and indoor and outdoor spaces for passengers to unwind before their trips, the new Concourse A will not only be the largest concourse — it will also provide passengers with more space, dining, shopping and other options that reflect Music City’s unique spirit.
