This phase is all about building the foundation, readiness skills, routines, and confidence so your child is set up for success before the intensive begins. 💪🚽

Potty trained just in time for the holidays! Perfect timing! I just did another parent check-in and he’s been accident free at school and doing such a great job all around with his potty training. His parents truly received the best gift before the holidays, and we couldn’t be prouder of his hard work and progress! 🎄👏 Cheers to a diaper free 2026!!

🎉 POTTY TRAINING WIN! 🎉
So proud of this little guy and his amazing mom! 👏
By focusing on Phase 1: readiness skills and working closely with mom, we built a strong foundation before ever starting intensive training. That preparation made Phase 2 incredibly smooth, he showed us just how ready he truly was by being accident free all 3 days of the intensive! 🙌

When readiness is in place, potty training doesn’t have to feel stressful. It becomes empowering, successful, and confidence-building for everyone involved.

✨ Added bonus: He’s now even sleeping in underwear overnight! ✨

This is what happens when we trust the process, honor the child’s readiness, and work as a team. So proud of this milestone! 💙🚽

✨ Grateful for 2025 ✨

As I reflect on this year, my heart is so full. I want to thank every client and family who trusted me and allowed me to be part of their support team. It is truly an honor to walk alongside you and your incredible kiddos.

2025 has been the biggest growth year yet for Mindful Voices. This year, I had the privilege of supporting more families than ever before, I potty trained triple the amount of kiddos from the year before, added community partnerships, and provided professional development training focused on potty training.

Some unforgettable highlights include being featured in a local Nashville magazine, participating on two podcasts, writing curriculum for a special-needs potty training certification course, hosting our sensory-friendly Easter Bunny event, and most recently, our largest event yet—Santa’s Sensory Wonderland 🎄✨

From Nashville, Knoxville, Chattanooga, to New Jersey and Georgia, I am beyond proud of the progress, resilience, and growth of every child I’ve worked with this year. Watching them thrive is the greatest reward. I’m so grateful, so blessed, and incredibly excited about the direction Mindful Voices is heading.

Here’s to continued growth, connection, and impact—I can’t wait to see what 2026 brings 💫

A few years ago, this began as a small idea in a butcher shop, and today it’s grown into something so close to our hearts. Forest Sanders truly captured the why behind why Lauren and I put these events together, to create a place where every child can feel safe, understood, and joyful without judgment. This all started with a dream Lauren had for Corbin who was Mindful Voices Autism’s very first client. Watching that dream grow and seeing the smiles it brings to families each year means more to us than we can put into words. ❤️🎄

It's called Santa's Sensory Wonderland. There's no line. Families come see Santa when they're ready. If the picture doesn't work out on the first try, that's alright. Santa understands. No rush.

🚽✨ Potty Training Beyond the Bathroom ✨🚽

Potty training doesn’t have to stay at home and it definitely doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. 💛
Real progress happens when skills are practiced out in the community, where children can work on generalization while doing the things they love.

From jumping and climbing to playing and exploring, potty training can happen on the go without being stuck in a bathroom all day. 🙌 It’s about building confidence, independence, and success in real-life settings.

Potty training can be fun.
Potty training can be flexible.
Potty training can happen anywhere. ✨

🎭 Stage Star Moment! 🎭

So proud of this amazing kid! He stepped onto the stage for his school play with confidence and heart. He learned his lines, acted his heart out, and had the best time up there. I was so excited to watch him this past weekend. Seeing all his hard work shine was truly unforgettable! 🌟
