Bed ridden for 11.5 mths. 4 autonimmune disorders. Im more then my medical, im still me. I’m Liz aka NuNu. I spread awareness about my medical issues as well as mental health issues. My content ranges from medical, mental health, my fur babies and share positivity, kindness, and trying to build my platform to help others, do more for the homeless community, and life experiences. I rarely eat “regular” food, as I feed thru my jtube. But I will eat some Puertorican season food & grilled on charcoal ‼️ Can’t remember the name of steak was it’s a good kind just pack was thinner, they were huge. So we had, Steak, Chicken leg 🍗 asparagus, baked beans, potato salad, cake, ice cream 🍦. Not to mention the 3 big size watermelon slices I cut off and ate when I got home! Also was veggies like squash and tomatoes more but I was to full. Leftovers are going to be microwaved soon for tonight’s dinner.

All my medical families, Do you use sterilized Qtips/ or
Regular Qtips?? Just curious cause since I caught the really bad internal & external infection around my Jtube.
