Amanda is the newest addition to Nouvelle Body Therapies, bringing a refined, client-first approach to holistic wellness. 
A certified Electro-Lymphatic Therapy (ELT) Technician with a degree in Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University and a minor in Nutrition and Health & Human Performance, Amanda blends evidence-informed care with a serene, concierge-level experience.

Guided by her own healing journey, Amanda became a Reiki Master Teacher and Sound Healer, deepening her understanding of the mind-body connection and the role of energetic balance in recovery. 

After experiencing the transformative benefits of ELT firsthand, she felt called to specialize in lymphatic health and now dedicates her work to helping clients restore vitality, reduce inflammation, and enhance mental clarity in Nouvelle’s boutique setting.

Compassionate and meticulous, Amanda designs each treatment around the client’s unique needs, because true wellness is personal—ensuring every detail reflects Nouvelle’s commitment to effective and holistic care.

With a background in physical therapy and holistic health, Maria has always been driven to help others. After navigating her own health challenges, she discovered the profound role the lymphatic system plays in recovery and vitality, sparking a lifelong commitment to lymphatic wellness.
