Something I tell every single client 💅🏼 trust your GUT. You want to call spirit, intuition, vibes, guardians etc. it’s your own knowledge from your higher self. Trust it and don’t second guess it.

Every time you have a connection with any other human, whether it’s a quick conversation or a deeper relationship, you form esoteric cords between you and that person. Though you can’t see them, these energetic cords are keeping you connected, even if the person is miles away. 🫠
You can have energetic cords with a partner or an ex-partner, with a parent, with a friend, with a co-worker — you never know how much of other people’s energies you’ve internalized until you cut the cords off ✂️

Embracing the uncomfortable, the confusion, the uncertainty and remaining grateful for it all. Keeping up with a healthy routine has been key during all these crazy (amazing) changes.
It’s funny I was out and about yesterday and a complete stranger randomly told me “I’m proud of you” and I was so confused and then I was just like wow thank you. It felt random at the time but looking back I was it was just what I needed in the moment 🥰 I love when that happens. Excited but uncertain and enjoying it all.
