Tycho considers his work a combination of Paul Chek holistic wellness, which creates balance, as he pushes your limits using mostly barbells and dumbbells (based around KILO programming), kettle bell movements (Strong First Girya) and Olympic lifting (USAW). Tycho starts with a movement assessment based on the 7 primal movements called FMS. Coupled with that and checking your spinal degrees, Tycho understands your body's capacities to structure an efficient and exciting program, which changes every 3 to 6 weeks. The goal of any plan, though, is to connect you closer to your dream life. The way you treat your body is the way you treat your dreams. Together we will ignite the heat of bliss within you.
