It’s time to change these habits as soon as possible:

👉 Skimping on sleep: your brain literally cleans itself while you sleep. Cut that short and the waste builds up. So aim for 7 hours per night!

👉 Sitting all day: If you haven’t heard me saying this, I’ll say it again: Sitting is the new smoking! Reduced movement means reduced oxygen to the brain. Try to get at least 10k steps per day.

👉 Ultra-processed food: refined sugar and industrial seed oils drive the inflammation that tanks your cognitive performance (and your overall health and fat storage)

👉 Constant screen time: sounds ironic coming from an IG post, but being on a screen all the time is hurting your brain more than you know. Enjoy life without a screen!

I get it. Swapping your meals with a plate of lettuce and a few veggies feels like you’re doing the right thing. After all, it does have fewer calories and more greens.

But if you eat that salad without prioritizing protein, your body has nothing to build or maintain muscle with.
Less muscle = slower metabolism = harder fat loss.

What your body actually needs MORE food. Specifically:

30g-40g of protein per meal
Meals that keep you full and your blood sugar stable
Enough fuel to actually build lean muscle

A sad salad is not doing any of that.

This is exactly the kind of thing I work through with my 1:1 clients. Not just a random list of foods, but the knowledge of why your body responds the way it does and how to actually fix it for good.

Yeah 🤣 because it all comes down to energy!!

You are 99.99% energy vibrating at different frequencies and 00.01% physical body.

So yes, obviously walking outside is good for you for metabolic health benefits, but it also does something to your energy that nothing else can replicate.

Your energy matters just as much as what you eat or how you train.

This is actually why I build energetic work into everything I do with my clients. You can have the perfect nutrition plan and still feel completely off if your energy isn’t aligned.

The physical and the energetic are not separate things. They never were.
