As a therapist, one of my favorite questions is “what happens when you are still?” The answers I receive vary from the feeling of panic, sadness, loneliness, to boredom. What I have yet to hear, is peace and contentment.

A new year brings some big changes to our organization. As of January 1, we are now The Counseling Center, PLLC with locations at Belle Meade United Methodist Church, St. Philip's Episcopal Church - Nashville and we are announcing our new office at Mt. Zion MB Church Tullahoma. We are grateful for the Tullahoma News covering the opening of this new office. We have a newly designed central website and will be consolidating our social media accounts over the next several months. Watch for these new developments.
