We loved meeting the incredible team at Gentiva Hospice during their monthly meeting last week! It was wonderful to learn about the compassionate care they provide and to share how pet therapy can bring comfort and connection in the hospice setting.

This past weekend, Kiley was blessed by the chaplain at Saint Thomas West Hospital in recognition of her service as a volunteer therapy dog. The blessing honored the Feast of St. Francis—a celebration of animals as part of God’s creation and our shared responsibility to care for them.

I’m proud to be a board member (alongside 7 other awesome people) of the Williamson County Geriatric Council—a group of professionals dedicated to supporting the older adult community in our area. Our goal is to connect resources, share knowledge, and build a strong network to ensure the best possible care for our geriatric population.
