⭐The HCA TriStar Nurse Residency was designed with a commitment to the development and training of the caregivers of the future. Our Nurse Residency Program (Specialty Training Apprenticeship for Registered Nurses) is a year-long program designed to give new registered nurses hands-on experience, helping establish valuable clinical and critical thinking skills.
