Dedicated staff here 8 to 5 on weekdays and 8 to 12 on Saturdays. We have been serving the Berry Hill and the surrounding areas for over SIXTY years.

We care for many small animals. We provide high quality preventative veterinary care, a wide variety of diagnostic and treatment options, surgical services, dental treatments, and client education. 🦃 This week we give major thanks to our fantastic team of assistants, technicians, front deskers, and doctors. When I say they go above and beyond every day, I really mean it! Some of these faces you’ve seen for almost two decades (wow!) and some of them you’re getting to know in the last few years. We don’t know what BHAH would look like today if it weren’t for this group of strong, driven, giving, and compassionate people who show up every day for the love of animals. We love these turkeys so much!

Hello, Dolly! Miss thing here was found at a gas station by some good folks just passing through town. She’s getting a cute little flea treatment to match her cute little personality and then it’s home free to her new home in Jersey. Love you miss you!

🐾Can’t talk right now, ogling over baby opossums.

Thank you to Walden’s Puddle who took these two babies in after a good samaritan brought them in for us to fuss over.

If you come across a baby opossum and believe it may be orphaned, remember that (according to the Opossum Society of the United States) baby/juvenile opossums over 7 inches from nose to tail tip may not actually be orphaned. Cutie pie alert 🥧🥰🚨 Rosie is crowd fave this morning. So soft, so wiggly, so much cheese. Can’t wait to watch her grow up! And yes, she IS as silky as she looks.

Most of you will recognize this little vampire’s face 🧛‍♂️Conrad (a.k.a. Connie, Corny, Con Man, Poo Poo Boy) has been managed for ongoing GI issues for the last year. Recently we did a second comprehensive ultrasound on him to continue his work-up. Make sure to blow him a little kiss next time you see him slinking through the lobby.

Birdie is at it again, being the bravest girl! She had a blood draw for her annual heartworm test and got a sweet new bandana as a treat for being so good✅

We recommend checking heartworm tests for our canine patients annually and after lapses in heartworm prevention. Even in these colder months, we recommend staying up to date on heartworm, flea, tick, and intestinal parasite prevention🪱

Happy VET TECH WEEK to our amazing team, and all other vet techs and assistants out there. We hope you feel celebrated and appreciated this week, as well as every other one. We know your job is quite often thankless or overlooked.
