❄️ Emergency Cat Boarding Available ❄️

Due to ongoing power outages from the winter storm across Nashville, Berry Hill Animal Hospital is offering FREE emergency shelter and short-term boarding for cats who are existing patients of our hospital.

This service is available if your home is unsafe or if you need to seek shelter elsewhere and are unable to take your cat with you.

🚫 At this time, we are unable to board dogs due to space and staffing limitations.

🐾 Important details:
• Drop-off available today during regular business hours until 5:00 PM
• Saturday drop-off available from 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
• No Sunday drop-off
• Dr. Kirkpatrick will be in the hospital Sunday to check on and care for all boarding cats
• Additional Saturday appointments are now available for sick or wellness visits

If you need emergency shelter or boarding for your cat, please contact us as soon as possible.

🔔 We are back! Our power was restored tonight and we are so excited to be back in the office tomorrow morning for regular business hours (8am-5pm). If you need to schedule an appointment, have a medication refilled, ask a medical question, or anything else please call the front desk at 615-292-3332 or email us at reception@berryhillah.com. We are so grateful to our amazing clients who, even though some were experiencing their own outage or other storm aftermath, were understanding and flexible as we navigated the last few days. 🔔Update!: Dr. Kirkpatrick will be available for telehealth appointments tomorrow for established patients with non-wellness concerns. We will still be out of office due to the power outage but continue to be reachable by phone (615-292-3332) during business hours. To request a telehealth visit (established patients only), please email reception@berryhillah.com with your phone number, your pet’s first and last name, and a brief description of your concern and we will call you to confirm your appointment. Hope everyone is staying warm today. I have been able to take calls for those with urgent pet needs, but our hospital remains without power. We will share this evening if we have power restored and if we will be able to make it in tomorrow or not. If you are without power and need to leave your home, please take your pet with you or to somewhere with a heat source. The temperatures are too low today, and especially this evening, to stay in your home without any heat. This has been a common question. Please limit their time outside in these temperatures as well. Feel free to call if you have urgent concerns, and we will post an update tonight.
