Thank you for choosing a locally owned, independent veterinary hospital in a city where most practices are now owned by large corporations or private equity groups.

The truth is—being privately owned is tough. We face higher costs, get fewer discounts from suppliers, and we don’t have investors backing us. But we do have something better: you.

Because of your support, we get to stay true to who we are. We get to make decisions based on what’s right for your pets. We get to know your names, your families, your loved ones. We get to cry and laugh with you, and celebrate life.

We’re proud to still be one of Nashville’s few independently owned vet clinics—and we’re so grateful you’re part of our community. 🐾

BHAH has had 4 owners since its opening and we are proud to remain one of the few privately owned small animal hospitals in Nashville! House call services are now LIVE! 🏠 🐈 🐶

We are absolutely THRILLED to offer at home services to our clients. Today was our first *official* day out on the road for some visits with Dr. Kirkpatrick and our seasoned lead technician Porsha. Our goal is to meet the needs of our community and create a more positive experience for your pets, while also being simple and convenient for you.
