On November 6th, The Center for Nonprofit Excellence hosted the 2025 Salute to Excellence. Leaders and changemakers gathered at the Music City Center to celebrate the passion and dedication that continue to drive positive change through the dedication and work of nonprofit organizations across Middle Tennessee.

Journey to Wellness:

Our November cooking class featured baked feta spaghetti squash, butternut squash queso, and roasted acorn squash with tahini dressing.

This free class, led by a Registered Dietitian and two Lipscomb dietetic interns from , was offered to our patients to help them explore fun recipes, healthful cooking techniques, and practical nutrition tips.

In honor of National Diabetes Month, we highlighted how squash are low-glycemic index foods that support balanced blood sugar and can be part of a delicious meal!

Come to an appointment with me at Faith Family Medical Center 💙

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The front desk was so kind and helpful, my visit with Dr. Panovec was thorough and unrushed, and getting labs done was quick and easy.

Going to the doctor shouldn’t feel overwhelming, and it doesn’t have to. Faith Family truly makes healthcare feel personal, compassionate, and accessible.
