It is a fifteen bed facility with several excellent care givers. The Flower House is know for its country at home feeling, home cooked meals, and magnificent care. This is a family owned business with a special family touch. The Flower House helps their residents with all aspects of their personal needs like dressing, bathing, toileting, feeding, and more. The residents receive ongoing nursing assessments, they have the opportunity to connect with visiting physicians, a podiatrist, and an optometrist that come to the home. Visitors are welcome anytime. There’s something about slow mornings here that just feels different.

The coffee is always a little stronger, the conversations a little sweeter, and the laughter… it comes from a place that’s lived through a whole lot of life.

One of our residents said to us the other day, “You don’t realize how fast time goes until you’ve got more memories than plans.” And honestly… that stuck.

Because in a world that moves so fast, this home reminds us to slow down. To sit a little longer. To listen a little deeper. To hold a hand, even when no words are needed.

It’s not always big moments here.
Sometimes it’s just:
• folding laundry together
• humming an old song
• or watching the birds out the window like it’s the best show on earth

As a licensed home, we provide a supportive, structured environment that helps individuals maintain and rebuild strength, regain confidence, and safely transition back to independent living.

We assist with daily routines, encouragement, safety, and coordination of outside services when ordered — allowing residents the time and support they need to prepare for a successful return home.

Our role is to support recovery, not rush it.
