We are continuing this month's Theme: "What's On The Menu?" by putting energy into our bodies, together, in a Yoga Practice that focuses on the upper two Chakras of the body (The Third Eye and The Crown). This practice will accommodate ALL skill levels, for balance, strength, and alignment.
