Transitions can feel like a full-body shock for some kids.

Going from one activity to another isn’t just mental- it’s a nervous system shift. That’s why some kids struggle more with:
• Leaving the house
• Ending playtime
• Switching environments
• Starting new routines

And while tools look like heads-ups, predictability, and connection help.. a more regulated nervous system makes those transitions easier in the first place. That’s where neurologically-focused chiropractic care comes in- helping the body process and adapt more smoothly.
