The type of massage I do includes Swedish, Deep Tissue, Muscle Release Technique, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular, Trigger Point Therapy and Pre-Natal Massage. My goal is for each client to have their issues addressed, whether they be relaxation, stress relief, muscle spasm or pain relief. I am also happy to provide information on stretches and strengthening techniques to help restore the muscles to a more pliant and strong state. Due to the virus, the only new clients I'm seeing are referrals ... likely to be permanent.

Thanks to all my clients for your ongoing support through these past 16 years.

Update for those I've not seen since before the tornado & virus, I currentlyI wear an N95, while clients wear their masks the entire session.

The building where I've done massage for the past 15 years was damaged by the tornado and is no longer usable.

I'm looking for a new space in East Nashville.

As a massage therapist, I've been taking extra precautions too, in cleaning door k***s, face cradle on table & everything fingers/hands touch in between clients, in addition to constantly and thoroughly washing my hands. I've had no international travelers and believe my massage room and I are a safe place for you to get your massage. As with all notices, I request that if you've got a cold, fever, difficulty breathing, please reschedule your appointment with me until you are well, to protect you as well as those with whom you come into contact. Stay healthy and safe.

East C.A.N. is having a huge yard sale at Eastwood Christian Church on Saturday October 6, till 4 p.m.

As most know, East C.A.N. is our very own local non-profit that rescues dogs & pups, cares for, arranges veterinary care and finds adoptive families for them. All who work for East C.A.N. are volunteers who give tirelessly of their time to help in any way they can.

Rummage through your homes for any unneeded items and please donate to this sale... drop-offs starting at 6 a.m. at the church on the 6th.

All proceeds go to East C.A N., to help pay for food, bowls, bedding, collars, harnesses, leashes, toys, veterinary care, crates, blankets, p*e pads.

Please help in any way you can - I'll be helping on the 6th & hope to see you there!

East C.A.N. is having a huge yard sale Saturday, October 6 at Eastwood Christian Church (16th & Eastland in East Nashville).

All proceeds go to East C.A.N. to help them continue their fabulous rescues, veterinary care and adoptions.

Donations for sale can be dropped off starting at 6 a.m. on October 6 at the Church.

I've seen the wonderful work all these volunteers do for this non-profit, all the pups finding new and loving homes and the medical care they need to live a fuller life. I'll be jumping in the 6th to donate goods for sale and help them with the sales.

Join me if you can. Rummage through your unused and unneeded goods and donate! And of course, stop by to shop and help support this fabulously needed organization.
