Me now vs 2021 and 2020

Vulnerable time. Sharing my story from the beginning, at my worst has been hard. Being a fitness coach is hard. Sharing content constantly is hard. I’m subject to negativity and feeling like a failure at times…

But, I hope each day I can share some info to help, coach people and change their lives as well as inspire and motivate others to take action.
