South Nashville Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) offers medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for adults age 18 and older of all genders who are struggling with an addiction to opioids, alcohol, or other illicit substances. Located in Nashville, Tennessee, South Nashville Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) provides outpatient addiction treatment for adults who are living with an addiction to o

pioids, alcohol, or other substances. Through the use of medication-assisted treatment (MAT), an evidence-based approach that combines medication with individual and group counseling, patients have the best chance to achieve long-term recovery. When taken as instructed as part of a MAT protocol, these medications can ease the distress of opioid cravings and painful withdrawal symptoms. Individual and group therapies provide patients with the support to make necessary lifestyle and behavioral changes while processing any past experiences that have been obstacles to recovery. These sessions also allow for the chance to learn coping skills that can help prevent relapse. With a whole-person approach, South Nashville CTC addresses addiction from multiple angles, improving each patient’s chances of staying in treatment and achieving improved health in the days, weeks, months, and years to come.
