As you all know, my name is Ernest Johnson, COO of Premier Property Services. We are a locally owned and operated janitorial service company, providing cleaning services to businesses like yours.

We currently own and manage over a dozen commercial buildings here in Nashville, and we grew tired of paying for overpriced and under-delivered janitorial services in our own buildings. As such, in July of 2023, we decided to answer the calling and do it ourselves – and we couldn’t be happier.

At present, we work in a multitude of office buildings located in Nashville’s Midtown/Church Street area, as well as in Berry Hill - and we are excited to offer our services to buildings like yours.
