About me:

With a lifelong commitment to health and wellness, I have 11 years experience as a practicing personal trainer, yoga teacher, paddleboard instructor, wellness retreat creator & offer assisted stretch.

- My holistic approach considers the complete picture of my clients’ lives, looking at diet and nutrition, exercise, hobbies, as well as any medical issues.

- Typical training styles include body weight exercises, along with instruction for an outdoor or in home routine.

- Currently offering personal training, private assisted stretch and yoga classes in Nashville IN. Wellness gatherings & paddleboard sessions in season.

- As a native of Brown County IN, I developed a love for outdoor recreation at an early age. When not working with clients, I can be found on my paddleboard, backpacking, hiking, playing with clay, lots of art, flowing through a yoga routine or working out on my front porch!

My certifications are through:

* National Academy of Sports Medicine
* Exalt Yoga
* Nourishing Heart Yoga
* Salty Buddha Yoga
* National Exercise Trainers Association

Collaborating with other teachers and business owners brings me joy. Community over competition any day!

Lastly, I am the founder of a local women’s business collective.
