Restore Small Groups

Restore Small Groups Helping people transform their lives through safe, quality, and affordable peer-to-peer small groups. Everyone is struggling with something. You are not alone!

In small group, we extend love, empathy, and respect to each other in our shared humanity. Our groups consist of 5 to10 participants and 2 trained facilitators, all who commit to an 8-week journey together. In group we get to the heart of our struggles, building intentional, healing relationships on the way. With thousands of participants worldwide, we have seen transformation in the areas of anxiety, depression, relationship issues, low self-worth, grief and loss, rage, loneliness, or anything else holding you back from a full life. Restore Small Groups was founded by Scott Reall at the YMCA of Middle Tennessee and now operates as it's own non-profit. Scott and Executive Director Sara Hamill work to intentionally provide Journey to Freedom, our flagship book, and other small groups as a means to offer a path to lasting transformation for anyone dealing with life's struggles.

Healing begins with honesty. And when truth is met with grace, transformation becomes possible. So often we try to hide, minimize, or fix ourselves, but the invitation of Christ is different. Jesus meets us right in the truth of our lives, not with shame, but with compassion, presence, and grace. And it’s there, in that honest place, that real healing begins and lasting change happens.
