Our Story

Ears 4 U Hearing Services has been serving middle TN for over 30 years and is currently located in the Berry Hill neighborhood of Nashville, TN! Founded by Dr. Ronald C. Sheffey, Ears 4 U has been a staple in the hearing healthcare community. In 2018, Ears 4 U was sold to Dr. Rebecca Grome who hails from Ohio (and who consistently gets called a “yankee”). Dr. Grome has worked in the VA, private practice and manufacturer settings since obtaining her Doctorate in 2012. Since purchasing the business, Dr. Grome has become passionate about transparency in hearing aid pricing, best practices for verification of hearing aid fitting protocols, and advanced testing in background noise. Given that Nashville is known as “Music City”, Ears 4 U has focused on creating customized hearing conservation programs for the many musicians in the area. We look forward to continuing our journey to providing our patients and the community with the best possible hearing healthcare services.
