Rick has been with NHC Heartland since 2017 and is part of our therapy department. He is a proud family man who puts his heart into everything he does. Rick leads our fall prevention team, working hand in hand with our residents, nursing and therapists in maximizing everyone's efforts in patient care and safety. Welcome to the Heartland Team, Nathan Hood, PT, DPT!

We are thrilled to have Nathan join our Heartland family. Nathan earned his bachelor’s degree in 2001 from Lipscomb University and went on to complete his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2005 at Belmont University.
With an impressive 15-year career at TOA, Nathan brings a wealth of experience and a passion for patient care as he transitions into the Skilled Nursing community. His expertise and dedication will be an incredible asset to our team and the residents we serve.
