Hey there! We are back, and I am so ready to move with you.

This Saturday, May 2, we kick things off with African Dance at 10:30 a.m. at the Global Education Center. And yes, we have live drumming by the Nyama Drummers. There is nothing like moving your body to live drums with a room full of people who just want to dance and feel good together.

SharQui Bellydance Workout classes are coming too, starting May 9. The full schedule is on the flyer. Come for one class or come for all of them. Just come.
