Whittan story and a lesson for all.

Whittan was our therapy dog for almost 13 years. He was not around the office in the last few years as his age began affecting his ability to help others. He calmed so many but toward the end he seemed to take on those anxieties himself. He was a happy dog. He left us for good last night. He will be sorely missed and always loved.

Mental Health Tip is the Day: There’s a great app Street Food Finder. You can find a local food truck and order online. There is no line and they are often located in park style settings and neighborhoods. You can also support local business and the kids will have a blast. Get out there and keep your distance. 😀

Today’s Mental Health Tip of the Day: It’s beautiful outside. Get out and w**d the flower beds or give your car a thorough detail. You will feel productive and have a real sense of accomplishment. You also won’t have to worry about social distancing as even your nicest neighbor isn’t going to help you with w**ding or car waxing 😂
