Paleo Chocolate Crinkle Cookies 😋 One of my ALL TIME FAVORITE cookies to make around this time of year! They slightly crunchy on the outside and gooey like a brownie on the inside 🤤 Basically..they’re perfection!! I couldn’t make these beauties without a staple ingredient...Eggland’s Best Eggs! Eggland’s Best eggs have more nutrition than ordinary eggs, such as more vitamin D and Omega-3. Gotta love that!! Tell me, what’s your favorite holiday cookie?! - 2 1/2 cups almond flour - 1/2 cup raw cacao powder - 1/2 coconut sugar - 1/2 tsp baking soda - 1 tsp baking powder - 1/2 tsp sea salt - 1/2 cup pre maple syrup (grade a) - 2 tsp pure vanilla extract - 4 tbsp coconut oil - 2 eggs - powdered sugar • Whisk dry ingredients together and in a separate bowl whisk the wet ingredients together. Combine the two and stir until incorporated. Let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes. Preheat oven to 350. From 1.5 tbsp of dough into balls and roll in powdered sugar. Remove balls from sugar and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Enjoy! @ Nashville, Tennessee

Have a case of the Mondays?!?
Make yourself a donut 🍩😋 I guarantee that it will bring a smile to your face!

I used new carb conscious mix and mini chocolate chips to create these beauties. 😍 The new batter is made from almond flour and has zero added sugar 👏🏼 Def give it a try!

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix 1/4 cup chocolate chips & 100 grams of the carb conscious pancake mix. Use enough water to create a pancake batter consistency. Pour the batter into the donut mold and bake for 6 minutes. Enjoy!

Watches The Great British Bake Off once...immediately runs to the kitchen to bake something 👩🏻‍🍳 Is anyone else addicted to that show?! I can’t get enough haha I used to bake alllll the time in college..I’m talkin’ bout the real stuff too 😜 My little sis always requested a chocolate ganache cake on her birthday and it was unreallll! Right, Lindsey?! Anyway, I came up with these little guys over the weekend 🤩 Granola Peanut Butter Cups 🙌🏼 Crunchy..creamy..sweet & salty..they’re everything!! Hope y’all enjoy! •

Granola PB Cups :
- Preheat the open to 350 degrees.
For the crust:
Blitz 1/2 cup rolled oats + 1/3 cup walnuts + 1/2 cup raisins/dates + 1/4 tsp sea salt in a food processor until combined. Press mixture into 10-12 muffin tins...create a dip in the middle for the peanut butter. Bake for 10 minutes until crisp around the edges. Let cool.
For filling:
Pour 1 tbsp of peanut butter into each crust. Freeze for 10 minutes. Top with a layer of melted dark chocolate (or any chocolate!). Sprinkle with sea salt and freeze again for another 10 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes before eating so the center is gooey again 😊 Enjoy!
