System of Care Across Tennessee (SOCAT) works to make sure all Tennessee children, youth and families have access to quality mental health care by expanding the system of care approach to service delivery. System of Care Across Tennessee (SOCAT) is a statewide initiative that will implement numerous strategies and interventions to better serve children and youth with serious emotional disturbances (SED) and their families. SOCAT Team) in each of Tennessee’s 95 counties, ultimately ensuring a statewide infrastructure for system of care. The System of Care Across Tennessee (SOCAT) page is not for reporting cases of crisis emergencies, mental health emergencies, abuse, neglect, or exploitation. The SOCAT page aims to promote an informative and community-focused online experience. We want to have a place for conversation, but your comments need to stay focused and respectful. Comments containing any of the following are not allowed for posting on the page and will be hidden or removed as soon as possible. Furthermore, users who violate the following guidelines may be banned from the page:

K-12 Mental Health Trust Fund – Non-Recurring Infrastructure Grants

TDMHSAS Division of Children and Youth Mental Health is inviting proposals from local service providers to implement the development of infrastructure for school-based programs. The primary focus of this project is to enhance infrastructure support for mental health programming in schools, specifically benefiting children and youth in grades K-12 across Tennessee.
