System of Care Across Tennessee (SOCAT) works to make sure all Tennessee children, youth and families have access to quality mental health care by expanding the system of care approach to service delivery. System of Care Across Tennessee (SOCAT) is a statewide initiative that will implement numerous strategies and interventions to better serve children and youth with serious emotional disturbances
